Alternative Badge Installation

I just picked up a new alternative badge, and cannot find any information about the torque specifications for tightening it into place. Does anyone have any ideas about how tight to tighten it? And, what size bit to use to loosen and tighten the bolt?

The new models are just coming on the market and very few here have one, but I think there are a couple of owners here who might be able to help.

That looks really nice,sorry can't help with the torque,I just go by nip up then a wee bit more!
