Anybody have one of these or know anybody who uses one? They've got an aggressive marketing campaign going on and I've been getting frequent adverts from them via multiple channels. It's a S.African product and I'm going to be back there again soon so I figure I might just try to grab one while I'm there. Bottom line I need to get something on my seat to protect it soon so if not one of these something else. If you got any suggestions there I'm all ears.

Air-Flow Seat Cover™

Well, that's a bit it of a racy ad. Men'll be rushing out and buying it.

Piece of sheepskin, furry side up, works. Probably won't make you look sexy though.

Yeah, thanks but furry sheepskin isn't exactly the look I'm going for, nor does "sexy" even remotely appeal to me. Perhaps on the Speedmaster.

I make bikes look good, not the other way around.

There's no way to contact the company nor is an address provided. That is suspect. I'm only assuming it's a S.African company because all the photo's and videos are shot in the Cape Town area. I recognize the locations.

Products actually made in S.Africa tend to be high quality but just because there's all those scenic shots of Cape Town all over the website doesn't mean these things aren't Chinese made garbage.

@DaveM - You heard of these guys down there?

(update)

Click on the link in the OP. They're changed the website entirely. Name, graphics, everything. They're now calling themselves "Wind Rider." Still no way to research just who they are either. Social media page has disabled product reviews.

I'm guessing they got stuff to hide. The makeover is pretty indicative of massive dissatisfation and the lack of company info means they're avoiding customer contact. Certainly is not worth rolling $100 dice on that it's going to be cheap CCP-made shyte that takes >2 months to receive.

This guy was reasonably satisfied. I'm still not convinced.

I've ordered two one from the prior company name and one from the new name. The covers pretty much do what they say they are going to do. I am also curious why the name change but the only difference I can see on the new one is the lack of a company name stitched to the back which is actually better for me cosmetically. The first one was for a Deauville that had a funky shape. Some pulling and coercion was required to get it fully wrapped but once done it was fine. Air flow was great and I imagine any rain/water would run through the mesh so no worries about sitting in a pool of water. Currently I have one installed on an XSR900. Fitment was much easier and I am surprised at how well the product fit the contours of each saddle. These don't appear to be one size fits all or universal products. I paid full price for the first one and took advantage of the half off deal they are offering to drum up business under the new name. I waited about 4 weeks for the first delivery and the 2nd delivery was a matter of days with free shipping and I was quite surprised by how quickly it arrived. One final note, the material is durable and I would imagine it will last a lifetime.

I had a look into this and I would give it a miss as it seems a bit shaky all round. They have a Facebook page here Log into Facebook. On the about page it indicates that it is NY USA, the domain contact is

Address
96 Mowat Ave
City
Toronto
State / Province
ON
Postal Code
M6K 3M1
Country
CA

However this is not unusual on a domain if you pay for the privacy option it will list the domain hosts contact details, I always use this option on all my domain names.

I also noticed that it states on the Facebook page that TOP MERCHANDISE INC is responsible for the page. If you look them up they in the USA https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_ny/5611378

There is also no contact phone number listed on any of their pages at all.
