I thought they where WARNING flashers I.E. Get the F*** OUTTA MY WAY style flashers.......I mean Triumphs don't break down so they have to be meant as "parade" or MOVE flashers :-)

BLUE Didn't work, and looking at my wonderful diagram it's easy to see why it won't work. I have in effect connected the left and right indicator together, this was confirmed when I put the Suzuki's indicator on ( Not the hazard warning light switch ) and all four came on. That's what I wanted yes, but if I use the left or right indicator switch all 4 come on. I can't indicate left or right on its own, so it's back to the drawing board

HEy mad, jst get one of these fer yer helmet :-)

Let me be sure I have a proper understanding. The 4-way worked with the blinkers (turn signals) but not with just the 4-way switch? IF I have my thoughts correct, I know, I know. . . That's a big IF . . . give me a little time to see if I can get this worked out for you.

Yes that's right.

Ok, I've got it figured out. Now I need to get to the house to check with my wiring diagram to see if I figured it right. But be warned, I'm not an electrical engineer but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express a few months ago.

ROTFL What is it you Texans say , "Darn it" you got my hopes up. That bloke would more than likely have more of a clue than me at this time. Now where's the chalk

That was the perfect clip. . . I drew up the fix on our dry erase board, now just have to get home to prove or at least check my theory.

Tony, I've just done a PDF file of the wiring diagram. I hope that you'll be able to open it OK. We shall see
Off to bed now, as God knows I do need my beauty

I'll double check the PDF when I fire up the computer. Here is what I was thinking and by looking at a Tiger wiring diagram this should work.

Ok, now that I've looked at the PDF. . . The above will not work.

The Green wire and the Black wire coming from the Turn Signal Switch OR the Black wire at the left and right turn signal are what you will use to get the 4-Way Flashers. You will need to add a jumper (on/off) switch between EITHER one of these pairs. You will have to use the turn signal switch and the new switch (jumper) to have all four lights flash.

As I said before, I'm not an electrical engineer and only had to qualify as a 2nd Class Electrician 18 years ago. I've not had to use the electrical skills very often in those 18 years so I'm a bit rusty. IF my electrical engineer is back at work tomorrow I will run this past him. If he's not there I have a Master Electrician I can contact for his input. I'm determined to get this figured out. But as said earlier, I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express.

Just looked at the Tiger wiring diagram again, I looked at it wrong and would have to do it like I said you would have to do it. . . but then again the Tiger comes with a hazard switch.

:y45: Job done, and I've done it exactly as your diagram suggested. I was on the thrown last night, just before before bedy by's. And I had a brain wave ( They don't happen too often with me ) if I interrupt the power with the on off switch this should work. So this morning ( With the Chalk on standby ) I connected it all up and to my surprise it didn't go bang, and worked 1st time. I've started the bike up and tested everything works OK, and all is in order. So right this moment in time I'm feeling rather smug with myself. Thanks for all your help Tony, it must have been that video that kicked my lonely brain cell into action.
