Hello fellow Bonnie riders. I'm currently riding a 2010 Bonneville T100. I've made some mod's to the drive sprockets in order to reduce RPM's at highway speeds. I have a 36-tooth rear drive sprocket and a 19-tooth front drive sprocket. This puts me at about 3,600 rpm @ 75mph. I'm wanting to lower the rpm's to about 3,100. I'll need a 21 or 22 tooth front drive sprocket in order to get there. Can anyone advise where I can get such a front drive gear. I've tried all the suppliers I can think of, including contacting the Triumph location in Atlanta "British in the City". No joy. Anyway, any advise would be welcome. P.S. - how about a larger circumference rear wheel as the answer?

I don't have an answer to your question but I would like to ask you for the part number of your 19T front sprocket.

Hello 243jimb ... here is the URL for a 19-tooth front sprocket for a 2010 T100 Bonnie ...

Let me know if you need any advise on getting this done, because I've done a lot of work with my sprockets. You'll need the proper torque settings to put back everything in good working order. Removal\slackening of rear wheel will be necessary so that the chain can be removed.
Thank you for the information. I was curious if you had found a Triumph branded sprocket as opposed to aftermarket.

Sorry, no. I’ve been in contact with Triumph USA headquarters in Atlanta and posed the question to them. They do not make any stock 19 tooth sprockets.I’ve been running the aftermarket 19 tooth sprocket for several thousand miles. There is no appreciable wear that I can see. I recommend the 19 tooth sprocket.

Would anyone have an anecdotal experience with using other manufacturer parts (Honda, Kawasaki, Harley, etc.) to replace the front drive sprocket for my 2010 Bonneville T100)? I'm looking for a front drive sprocket with 20 teeth or more. I know it's a long shot. Any feedback would be appreciated.
