Name the bike

Not too hard, those who read all posts may remember a tip I mentioned a couple of weeks ago about ID-ing similar bikes from the front brake plate.

This belonged to one of my riding mates back in 1970, we were interstate on holiday. Note the fold up chair on the back. LOL.

That last bike look a little like a Bultaco engine but the reverse right side kick start isn't like any Bultaco I've seen.
Don't forget the earlier photo is still unidentified.
 
Yep, it's definitely European, but not Bultaco, and not Spanish. Hint: Giddy-up.
Sorry for posting when the other one wasn't finished, I thought it was my turn for ID'ing the Ducati.

I think I have one of the two that are on the go solved, so I'm bumping this up.
