Ride To The North Cape In PEI, Canada

Did a little ride over to PEI this past week end and met up with a riding buddy from Charlottetown. We went to the North Cape(the farthest West you can go on 'The Dune") and a few other lighthouses along the way.

Your pictures brought back memories of when I was a young man in 1975. A buddy and I took a road trip to the Maritimes. We spent several days camping and exploring on PEI. I remember "The Dunes" very well.

It was a nice day. Little brisk in the morning at 9 Celsius, But got up to 16 or 17 IIRC. My gear kept me quite comfortable. Oh, and the heated grips and seat didn't hurt either.

That’s perfect temperature! We’re staring to hit the 30’s for daytime highs. A bit toasty.
