Rocket III - "Dark Side"

Hey!
I have a 2013 Rocket III and need some input.....
Purchased a 2009 rear with a Yokohama Advan Neova AD08R
The rim does not match the 2013 configuration.
What is different and/or how can I make it fit?

Can't just swap the rubber or is the rim a different diameter?

Same size rim, wider. It seems that Triumph changed the width of their fitment between years. I need to know if there is a work around to fit the '09 to the '13..?
