I've been going deaf over the past few years, it's a hereditary problem from my fathers side, I'm down about 20% - the hearing aids help but they are too bulky to use with a helmet. I suppose of all the senses to lose, hearing is the easiest one to live with, the ability to turn off 'rap music' is a definite benefit.
So I've been a little disappointed with the exhaust note of the Explorer & the official Triumph after market pipe (Arrow) didn't float my boat with regard sound & it also cost an arm & a leg. When I came across a local supplier at a quarter of the price I couldn't resist it.
Rolling on the throttle coming out of a nice bend is still giving me goose bumps.
