Yea ... the ZRX (1100 and 1200) are awesome. Just plain old-school fast, torque-y and loose. No ABS, Traction Control or anything to isolate the rider from the road but shocks, rubber and a mini-fairing . I must say I like you guys way better than those at T-RAT. Lots of mechanical help there (but you can search for that) ... if you ride something other than Triumphs you will get attitude there if you want to talk about them. They are worse than the guys at H-D Forums. I like a little camaraderie with my motorcycles and variety in my two wheel world. Bikes or Babes... you just got to have more than one kind!

Tom, Rocky summed this forum up a treat. As for me you only have to read what's above my Help For Heroes sign, to understand what I feel about all bikes

Thanks Rocky... although in (never-mind) years I have never owned a new bike. I'm still recording on a g5 ... Bikes or Babes... I prefer the tried and true! LOL

Yes - but there will be something somewhere else. There always is. During my service, we had Viet Nam, Granada, Panama, Desert Storm, Bosnia, Kosovo and unnamed adventures in Central and South America. Then came Iraq and Afghanistan.

Being from Gainesville and having just spent the last ten years in Ormond Beach to be with my folks before they passed on (and going broke maintaining two homes)... I am all done with FL. Except for an occasional fishing trip! See ya when ya get there!
I lived in G'ville for six years. My oldest child was born there. If you get back this way to go fishing, give me a shout.
