Winter?

Well it is the 1st June tomorrow and we should now be well into our winter months but it seems the weather is confused this year.

We sitting with temps around (night) 15 degree Celsius = 59 degree Fahrenheit, (daytime) 33 degree Celsius = 91.4 degree Fahrenheit. This morning when I went outside at 5AM it was sitting at 19 degree Celsius = 66.2 degree Fahrenheit. So far this winter I have not even taken out any of my light jackets and am leaving for work just with a short sleeve shirt.

So now I wonder if we will be seeing much of winter this year at all. The problem is we have our rainfall during our winter months and even that has not really started so I hope we not heading for a water shortage this coming summer.

Summer around here doesn't really get going for a few weeks yet.
This spring has been cool and wet which is fairly normal anyway.
Last week was wet all week, but we had a break for our ride last Sunday albeit a bit cool.
Rain on Monday and still overcast and cool.

Same here rocky summer isnt for a month or so yet but we are getting the odd hot day 16 c - 20c but anymore than 20c is to hot for me .

Odd here too. We should be 30+ during the day with lows around 20 to 22. We've been anywhere from 17 to 28ish instead. Oh well, maybe I can put away my longjohns before too much longer.

Hit +27 Celsius here today. I damned near melted. Not used to this heat yet.

Vest srange weather all round our side as I reported a few weeks back we had it running into the 40 degree Celsius = 104 degree Fahrenheit and I have never seen it that high in town where I live.

Winter is finally over!!! Now I won't freeze my rear off every time I ride.

The temp has finally hit 90F or 32.2C.

We usually hit 90 on May 7th.

It's been a dreary, wet and cool spring with very little riding so far - and here it is the middle of June already!!!!!!
But we're supposed to get a break in the weather on Saturday so our club is taking a ride down the coast.

Winters never left us, it's chucking it down outside AGAIN, we've had summer in name only, it's been non stop rain or cloud, with hardly any sun to talk about. Still there's always next year !!!! Even the worms have taken to the life rafts.
