How can I remove fine scratches from my triumph windscreen?

Try an auto windshield repair shop. They may have answers for you.
There are kits out there to restore faded headlights on most newer cars with the plastic outer lenses that require polishing with very fine sandpaper pads and a cutting compound. Those kits may work, but I would check with a reputable glass shop first.

Oh ye of little faith . When I had my auto glass shop we did head lamp repair and people we amazed at the results . We used auto body tools and methods as Q has suggested and restoring plastic to better than new condition was the norm . Even if some scratches are to deep to be removed, not very likely , chances are good you will be impressed .

Toothpaste has worked for me. It is a very mild abrasive and can help remove or blend in very fine scratches.
