Sorry ya had to go it alone mal,but I had decided they aren't for me anymore.
Next year I may do wot a couple of the others here have mentioned and just bowl up at the destination ahead of the ride.

I rode beside this chap, it's a 1947 Indian Scout and run extremely well was awesome to watch him changing gears so I grabbed a couple of pics. Also the funniest bike there the Milan.

I did our annual Toy Run last time in 2007, 20,000 + bikes. It was a horendous experience and very dangerous. There was stuff in the road; articles of clothing and toys that had dropped off bikes. One collision/accident happened in front of me. It took 20 minutes to do the last kilometre at the destination. I was overheating and my bike's cooling fan was on all the time.

I said never again. Now I make an annual donation to a children's charity over the internet instead.

Same here guys your only as good as the guys around you and some guys are shockers, i had my lady on the back once for a momorial ride and some fool past us on the back wheel another was looking at people looking at the bikes not watching the pack was stopping and had to hit the brakes and go off the embankment lucky he did'nt hit a barbed wire fence and hurt his misses. i ride with my brother and a few friends 10 or so thats great we all have race experiance ..

I did a trip a few years back with a bunch of my old school buddies that we would always ride together back then. It was an amazing experience as we just all seemed to melt into our old riding methods as if it were just a few days before that we road together and it had been around 30 years since we did ride together
