Hi all I take vitamins and recommend you look at The USANA brand as they have been nominated and proven many times as the best out there by various groups testing the various brands. My wife and I both take them as our foods are not full of vitamins due to the chemicals and various growing techniques our major super markets demand to sell the farmers products. You just have to ask why us one in five people in Australia Gluten intolerant and why are allergies increasing at an alarming rate? I suffer allergies as a result of too many antibiotics due to a bad injury from a motorcycle accident many years ago. Go the vitamins works for me and the missus......also beer and a red wines good!

I have friends who take them by the fistful....most of them look fairly sickly to me. I don't take any of it and have no intention of starting - I'm healthy as a horse. I know people swear by them....and if it works for you more power to you. Even if it's placebo effect, it's worthwhile.

I'll stick to a healthy diet with liberal amounts of scotch and red wine.

I was just wondering if taking vitamins really help at all. Right now I take calcium and magnesium tablets and it does seem to help but no jump up and run around experience as far as I can see. So this made me think if taking vitamins is not all it is made out to be or what we may expect. I am also looking at finding something to give me more get up and go as work is really starting to run me down. With all the retrenchments and the redistribution of the work load I just find that my energy level seems to be depleted faster than normal.

Yes yes they do help! But it is important to do your homework. 97% of store bought vitamins have excipients (chemical crap additives)..First off, doctors know NOTHING about nutrition. They are not trained in nutrition in any medical school and they repeatedly show their lack of understanding in how to help us with vitality and longevity. Beer and whisky do not help men with their hormones as we age. Loose testosterone and loose hair, vitality, quick reflexes etc....
We must pay more attention to our health more than to our Triumphs as many guys cannot ride into their older years because they loose their ability to focus and concentrate.
I m happy to give you suggestions and what vitamins to take but I would suggest using the great resource of youtube to educate yourself. Search for any David Wolfe video, he is a pioneering genius.
Known amongst the most cutting edge health educators "Premier Research Labs" products are the best available anywhere! I do not suggest just going to your local grocery store and buying something off the shelf.. Go to Longevitywarehouse.com or naturalnews.com watch youtube videos on how to eat alkaline. And the safest bet is to eat superfoods as your vitamins.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance..

Yes I agree please check a third party trial and tested manufacturer Pharmacy grade production in which from my investigations only one stands out. I need mine to stay healthy too much good riding to do and I want to be fitter than my Bonnie and live longer!
