Very Cold Last Night

well its been very cold here for 2 weeks now and well the south are in floods we are in -12c like last night ,
here are afew pics at 8pm this morning .

Brrr, that looks chilly
Locally, we've only had one very frosty morning like that - and that was a week ago.
The past several days have been unusually mild, but also wet. Yesterday it was 13C (55F). It's more like early May instead of heading towards winter.
But that will soon be over and overnight temps will be hovering around the freezing mark in a day or so which is more seasonal.

That's what you call a hard frost!!
Been misty mornings here in Portugal but still sunny and mid teens through the day.
That was until Saturday night when I was awoken by torrential rain and high winds.
The boss upstairs forgot to turn the tap off until yesterday lunchtime.
Don't see rain sometimes for months here but when it does,wow you sure know about it!

Hasn't been THAT cold here yet, but we did get our first dusting of the white goo last night. Did not even bury the grass fully.
