In NoCal it would last 1 hour alone and 2 under mesh. A few weeks ago I was stuck on Interstate 15 going to Vegas (an accident) and it only lasted 20 mins stopped in 114 degree heat with 7% humidity. UGHMy kids gave me a cooling vest for Fathers Day. I have not had the opportunity to test it yet. I expect it will last an hour in our climate. I will wear it under my mesh jacket.
I;ll bet that was brutal! Our humidity never gets down to 7%!!In NoCal it would last 1 hour alone and 2 under mesh. A few weeks ago I was stuck on Interstate 15 going to Vegas (an accident) and it only lasted 20 mins stopped in 114 degree heat with 7% humidity. UGH
I'd rather be on 105 at 5% then 90/90. I can't handle humidity, that's why I live in the desert.7% is very dry, but it is actually more tolerable than 70%.
I hear you, my friend. The humidity and high temps are are hard to take unless you are used it. But 114 F is hard to take regardless of the relative humidity level.I'd rather be on 105 at 5% then 90/90. I can't handle humidity, that's why I live in the desert.![]()
Anything above 100 is tough. It was 108 today, the pool was 88.I hear you, my friend. The humidity and high temps are are hard to take unless you are used it. But 114 F is hard to take regardless of the relative humidity level.
I definitely agree with you!Anything above 100 is tough. It was 108 today, the pool was 88.
