Plane crash in Burma.

The fatalities were all Burmese citizens: a tour guide and an 11-year-old child on board the plane and a man riding a motorcycle on the road where the plane came down

He was in the wrong place at the wrong time. No amount of training and practice will protect one from that accident.

Appears to have been no way to avoid that one for the rider, or at least no way to avoid it from the information available.
