Hello Bikers,
I've decided to replace my current tyres (Front - Dunlop Gold Seal K70 : Back - Avon Mk II) on my Bonneville T140v as they both have a rather square profile, the back one in particular doesn't have much rubber touching the road whilst cornering and the bike wobbles when crossing road markings and faults. Problem is what's the best choice?
Reading online info has confused me. Looks like the Avon Roadrider is coming out best but I've noticed that some people use a different tyre on the front (eg. Avon Venom)
I ride a lot in London as well as the country so need something that grips and breaks as well as possible in all weathers in wet and dry.
Another consideration is that I like to preserve the classic look of the bike and some modern tyres do look a bit out of place.
Any info gratefully received.
