Anyone in the forum who can share a comparative review between the two? I find the oem seat to be uncomfortable during long rides.
I made a seat that turned out quite hard. Nice for short and short-medium journeys, which I mostly do.
On a long trip, piece of sheepskin adds comfort. Piece of memory foam would do. Strap-on pads can be bought.

I’ve tried all aftermarket seats. . .Mustang, Corbin, blah blah. . .I’ve never had a seat that ELIMINATED butt pain until I bought a Russell Day Long Saddle. Iron Butt certified. . .Only problem, for the T120, they are pretty ugly. . .and I’m having a hard time finding an inexpensive seat pan (as I’d like to keep my original For bikes and coffee showing off). Anybody out there have a stock seat they want to sell?

Sorry, I can’t, but my current set up is the comfort seat (oxymoron) with an AirHawk air pad. Not ideal, but i will give credit to AirHawk, as they advertise that will DOUBLE your miles until discomfort. . .and it does. I’ve gone from 70 miles to 140. . .but the idea of going further even after a rest is tough. . .and I was a pretty serious 500 mile a day guy in my youth. See my other response about the Russell Day Long.
