According to all of the photos I've seen, it does. The T100, Scrambler and Thruxton retain the spoked wheels. The Bonneville is now based on 70's styling which included cast wheels somewhere in that decade.
 
Gary, I believe the cast wheels are standard on those models.
That black Bonneville actually looks pretty cool to me. I still don't like the black engine cases with the aluminum side covers as on the SE.
