So I just fitted my 900 Rally Pro with 50/50 tires. My buddy who's no stranger to ADV riding suggested around 36 lbs. of pressure in the rear wheel. I did so and was met with warning lights and "STOP THE MOTORCYCLE NOW!!" message.
Specification pressure in the manual is 42 or above for the rear tire. So anything lower than that and I'll get warning lights? Is there a bypass? Coming from a guy that's never had to deal with this, I find it odd that the bike is so regulated.
