I was working nights and had not seen the local report on this, sad in deed that we have stooped this low. But to be honest I knew it had to be one of a couple areas around town that this had to have occurred in and my first thought was right. Hmmm, not wearing a seat belt, but even so, I would have thought that the air bag would have saved her - or at least helped in some way.
Depends on many things I suppose; the point of impact; how a loose body reacted inside the vehicle, etc..
But to stoop so low to steal from a death vehicle is beyond comprehension.
Those people are no better than sewer rats!!!
