Sometimes when i start the bike i can ear a rattling sound that come out of the engine, just a few seconds and it stoped; sounds like the timing chaine ?! My dealer has just check the gage of the valve and they where OK, in the specs. Is there anyone here who have noticed that ? Thanks.

Mine is the 1200 but does do this as well on start up. I suspect the timing chain tensioner as the noise is coming from that area and it is a hydralic tensioner. As soon as there is a bit of oil pressure, the sound is gone.
Either what Shane suggested or the chain tensioner like mine, as soon as you get some oil flowing, it should quit being noisy.

Thanks to you ! and there is a very elaborate answer i got from a specialist who alos have a Tiger :

Yes sir I believe I do know what you might be hearing on cold start in your Tiger engine. The 800 Tiger engine has a valve that the computer controls that ports fresh air into the exhaust ports to introduce oxygen in the exhaust gases which causes the exhaust gases to burn more completely. The gases burn in the header pipes and creates quite a bit of noise that sounds like a loud rattle in the engine. Normally the computer only opens this valve during deceleration of the engine which masks the noise produced. However the Tigers software in the computer will occasionally open this valve momentarily on a cold start. This causes a rattle sound that can be alarming. I am not sure which model years this peculiarity in the ECM software exists but I do know my 2019 has it and I have seen quite a few posts on different forums discusing this issue. It seems to be the later 3 or 4 years of the 800's that I have seen comments about this. I would say that there is a very good chance that this is what you are hearing. It is not an issue to be concerned about, it will not affect the engine in any way. From what I have read it is apparent that Triumph does not recognize this as an issue. There have been no service advisories or acknowledgement from Triumph that this condition exists so your dealer is not going to know anything about it unless he has ran into this issue previously with a customers bike. I would not worry about it and just rock on.
