Been there today, and it's a brilliant place to go and see a film. It's like stepping back in time.
Here are a few pictures to maybe put you in the mood.
These two greet you when you get inside the door.

Oh yes, and the film we saw was called, "One Life", with Anthony Hopkins. A very powerful film indeed. It's about British humanitarian Nicholas Winton, who helped save hundreds of children from the Nazis. Well worth watching.

(y)(y)Dr Who and the Daleks. Google it for more info. It's been going years over here.
We had a few years of Dr. Who back in the sixties , a British Colony thing no doubt , we always got some of those BBC shows . The comedy was absolutely crazy . Still have Coronation Street at 7pm every evening weekdays and although I don’t fan it I enjoy a lot of Brit stuff versus the US assembly line . Bring on the Two Ronnie’s re-runs...

Haven’t seen that show (Coronation Street) since I was 10 years old, can still here the theme music and see the depressing intro scenes. The only character I can remember the name of is Ena Sharples, old busy body with a hair net. That’s 55 years ago!!
Dr Who is an institution for the English, has been going since the 60’s as well, loved it as a kid, especially the Dalek episodes, they terrified me.
Dr Who was a time lord who travelled time in the Tardis a time machine disguised as British Police phone box. It looked small until you entered it and then it was huge. Way ahead of its time.
