I went down and picked up my birthday gift today. Since she isn't a Triumph, which I suspected from the price and then confirmed before I made the trip down to Wallis to pick her up, I'll post the information here. I've uploaded a few of the before photos, link to the album... https://www.triumphtalk.com/gallery/g617-scrambler.html
The bike is a 1975 H_ _ _ _ CL360 Scrambler, all original except for the missing battery. The previous owner can not remember ever adding any air to the tires so it's possible I even have the original air. The tool kit was even still in the tool box with a complete set of the original tools. The only added items on the bike was a padded sissy bar and some of the expected rust on a 37 year old bike plus a bit of rust in the tank.
Now I have to find a repair manual and get started on her.
A few of the photos...
And to get her started off on the right foot, we had to stop at Dairy Queen for lunch.
