There as a radio personality inChicago back in the 60s and 70s - a good ole Florida boy named Bob Collins who coined the phrase "Teen Age Gooey Death Songs", the most famous of which was "Tell Laura I Love Her".

How many do you remember?

I don't know if it really fits the gooey part and it's nothing like the Do Wop song in the first but it was a favorite from my teens and it deals with death.

Since I'm of "a certain age" I remember all those songs very well - and when they first hit the airwaves.
My Sirius satellite radio is tuned to the "oldies" and I hear all of them quite frequently.
Can't say that I have any particular favourite.

I still haven't figured out how to do a video clicky thing,

Like this, first copy your video address as you would normally from Youtube.

Then click on the icon above to insert a video

Then when it opens like this past the address into the area provided

video04 Oct. 17 14.24.jpg

Now it will past code into your post that looks like this

video05 Oct. 17 14.26.jpg

and now your clicky thing is ready to go BGRIN
