It's been a long trip, and there's still over 1,000 miles to go!

Excellent racing with a new high point - 3rd place in Formula 500 on a borrowed Kawasaki 500 triple! Hard to get used to shifting on the left side with "all down" gear pattern, no rear brakes to speak of, and no padding on the seat/tail. UNBELIEVABLE the way your eyes get stuck to the back of your brain when the engine "comes on the pipe".

We're taking in Branson, and will be home by Sunday evening (I hope).

The new forum registration was a bugger because I left "Rat Pack" blank, and it gave me back a totally empty form (start over #1), then used a too-short password (start over #2), finally got it right just now (3rd time's a charm).

Funny we were just thinking how it was going with you last night. Glad you mad it over to the new site we will be looking forward to hearing all the news on your trip when you return home. :y115:

Paul, y'all have a safe trip home. Congrats on the 3rd place!!

That RatPack did the same thing to me. Dave, can we do "None" as a default so it we put nothing in there, it won't kick you out and start the whole process over? A lot us are not anywhere close to a dealer here in the States.

Hope you found the Irish pub in the new downtown mall in Branson. Best fish 'n chips I ever had, and a wonderful Rueben sandwich.

Ok I made it an optional field now so if you leave it out it will just carry on :y115:

Great ridin, GP!!

Good times in Branson, GP, but it'll take ya longer than just a couple of days to take in all that. If I got that close, I'd have to take a side trip to Cotter, AR for some trout fishing. (Can I say that on this site??)

Travel Safe.

No need to go anwhere but right down to the lake South of town, it's full of trout. Ever since we turned south at Grattan, we've been on SALLY'S itinerary, so no trout fishing or Irish pubs.

hee hee

It's been an awesome trip.

P.S. - Dave, thanx for the registration fix, although too late for me!

If Sally's navigating then Eureka Springs in AR must have been or will be on the route. Just hope you don't get there when the Herd is visiting; I have seen 25,000+ of them there; its getting to be as bad as Sturgis or Daytona.

You mean you got a WOMAN navigator???????

LOL! Fuzzy, you are in dangerous territory!!!

Hey, I'm used to living dangerously. I sell real estate, you know. That's just one step short of umemployed.

Yes, but you are way ahead of the real estate telemarketer/scammer I destroyed this afternoon. I played like a real dummy for about two hours and had him talking not in circles, but figure-eights. I mean I had a ball. At the end I asked him if he was planning an having a good weekend. Then I told him I have been a broker for over 20 years.

Sorry about the hijack, but I had to share that.

Way to go, Fuzzy.

Another good way to get telemarketers to end the call quickly is start talking about salvation through Jesus Christ. Too bad they don't stick with it...

They did send me a contract. I didn't believe they would. They want a check for $700. I may just send them something more valuable.
