Glad things worked out for You. reminds me of when I was young living in my parent's house the sewer lines going out to the main line were made of tar soaked paper rolled up because the steel was needed for the war. The large elm tree roots would grow right through the pipe and yearly we would have backups. One year was exceptionally bad with 2 feet of water in the basement. Uhh really stinky water.
