Scrambler Heat Shields

Hello Scrambler Owners, I hope this post is not a prohibited practice. I work at Design Engineering Inc. and we build heat and sound control solutions for all types of vehicles. I have seen Scrambler owners looking for solutions to reduce the heat radiating from the high pipe exhaust on their bikes. We recently introduced Heat Shield Liners in the motorcycle market and have had very good feedback from bike owners on the way they reduce heat from the exhaust. Heat reduction is in the 50% range for the heat radiating through the heat shields. The first wave of applications has been for some of the Harley models, I would like to offer these for the Scramblers. I was going to purchase the heat shields to make patterns so we can offer the 2019-2020 Scrambler 1200 kit and the local dealer has told me that one of the three shields is not available. If there are Scrambler owners that would work with me I will make the patterns so we can offer the kit. Here is what I have in mind, I will pay shipping both ways, I need your heat shield in house 3 days, and I will send your shields back with the product included. No modifications to your shields and the material can be removed at any time. At this time I could use a set of shield for a 2019-2021 Scrambler 1200 and a 2017-2018 Street Scrambler.

a good thing for sure! i find my decatted 19 street scrambler very tollerable but the 1200 owners really comment about it as bigger engines with more power = more heat.

So the shields are back they look great will give them the test over the weekend cant see how this won't help.

Well here is the ride report and the news is good.
I did quite a bit of mixed surface with a few slow sections and my leg is no longer burning I could actually touch the rear shield. This product definitly made a worth while improvment.

Now in all fairness my exhaust is not stock as you can see from the pictures I have the Akropovic pipe and the mid pipe already has a thin shield on it from Akropovic. I am also decat and ceramic coating on the decat pipe.

Before the DEI sheilds were installed the back of my thighs and inside above the boot were cooking in traffic or slow dirt riding that is no longer the case.

I assume results may vary with stock or a different system but I am certiain those results will be in a positive direction. The product is well made cut to shape perfectly and can be installed in 30 minutes or less.

I did contact Powersports. They told med to contact Demon Tweeks in UK.
So I did. No answer so far.
