Does anyone know if there have been new software released for the Scrambler 1200 since the bike first came out in 2019, besides the update for the bluetooth module. I have a 1200XC I bought in March of 2019 and I have never had it updated. I am considering taking it in for a general inspection and software update for it's 10,000 mile service. I plan to do all of the real work myself (oil filter change, coolant replacement, air filter cleaning (I have a reusable), new front brake pads, etc...); but I was considering paying the dealership to do the many point inspection the service schedule calls for and also update the software. If there is new software, it is probably worth it to get it updated, but if there isn't then I may just do the whole service/inspection myself.

So does anyone know if Triumph has put out new software since this bike was released? I don't really have any issues that need fixed except the idle has always been a bit bouncy, and if they updated the fueling in the software that may get sorted.

i spoke to my dealer yesterday and they we checking with the factory (Triumph HQ is only a few miles away) and they will come back to me tomorrow... as soon as they do i will let you know .

Thank you for the info. I have a plan now. I already installed my new front brake pads and flushed and refilled the coolant yesterday. Surprisingly the coolant looked pretty cloudy and there was a good bit of gunk in the overflow chamber; which seemed odd to me on a not quite 3 year old bike. In a few more miles my 10,000 mile service light will come on. When it does I am going to complete the remaining inspection items from the 10K service list. Then I am going to see if it is possible to reset the 10K service light the same way I reset it at the 500 mile break-in mark, and at the previous 1 year marks, using the menus. If that doesn't work I am going to see if TuneECU can reset it. Then I am going to schedule an appointment to have the bike hooked up for a health scan and software update, have them check them readjust the steering yoke tension since it requires a tool I don't have, and if necessary a service light reset (if I couldnt do it through the menu or with TuneECU). The oil change will wait until after the last ride of the season hopefully not until the end of November, when I change the oil and then fill it up with non-ethanol fuel, and tuck it away in the garage for the winter. Hoping for an extended riding season this year, but as a rule I quit riding once they salt the roads the first time. Don't like coating my babies with salt before their winter slumber.

Just FYI for anyone else wondering the same as I was. My 1st off the boat 2019 Scrambler 1200 XC required updates for the engine ECU, the gauge cluster ECU, and the keyless system ECU. So far I have not noticed anyting that has changed as a result of the updates.
My dealership charged me $50 for 30 minutes to take care of it all. All said and done it took closer to 2 hours to do the work, but because the hand-on aspect of it was only 30 minutes they only charged for that. They are pretty damned fair for a Dealership service department "Yamaha and Triumph of Camphill, in USA/PA". In my 30 years of owning and having vehicles serviced, they are the only dealership service department that has impressed me.
