Robin Williams, 63, was found dead in his California home from asphyxia today. Fox News hinted at a possible suicide. He was a very talented actor with a great sense of humor. He was the king of ad lib. My heart goes out to his family and friends.

Very sad, loved him since I was a kid and he was on Mork & Mindy. (well TBTH I watched Mindy mostly but Robin made me laugh) What ??it was a confusing time in my life.....

Sorry to hear this news I thought he had reached a point he was over all his demons.

R.I.P. Robin truly now maybe you will have some peace.

I to loved his humour, and as a standup, he was without peer.
Its a real shame to leave this planet at such a young age.
RIP Mr Williams.

And how I prefer to remember him

As keys said I thought he was over all of that stuff and was happy with his lot , it just goes to show how different things are behind closed doors .
He was a great comedian with off the cuff kind of humer , very sad RIP mr Williams .

I don't wish to be doom and gloom, but with all the crap that's going on in this world at the moment Robin Williams was an absolute gem. If you had a bad day and he was on the box, you soon cheered up. He was one in a million in my book. A truly sad loss to all that enjoyed a laugh.
To quote a line from Mork and Mindy " Fly be free Robin"
What a sad loss indeed

I just heard the news this morning when I turned on the radio.
What a shock!!
He had such a successful career, and was the consummate entertainer, but you never know what is going through the mind of anyone I guess.
