Just need to add a small adjustable to handle the rear axle nut and a few larger fasteners
Rear axle nut is 15/16" AF = 12" adjustable? :(

However, in the T160 toolkit, NVT supplied:-

... 60-4531, ring fits the rear axle nut, open ender is 0.6" AF, fits British Standard hexs like the fuel taps locknuts; a little under 7" overall, avoids overtightening the axle nut with a 12" adjustable.

6" adjustable also in my toolkit opens to 3/4" AF, enough for up to 1/2"UN fasteners?

you need velvet bell bottoms to go with a british bike.

and a jacket with shoulder pads
Yeah, I chose paisley denim on a lark, but you’re right: when I do my black jeans, I’ll go for purple or red velvet.

As for the jacket, my black leather motorcycle jacket already has insertable shoulder and elbow pads. But I could just don my bomber jacket instead…

Oooo.. that’s better, as it’ll eliminate the 5/8” for the petcocks. I may just get one of these!

Just ordered one. Thanks again, Rudie!

All rightee then… here is a clip of how the Volvo C30 / S40 horns sound. The teensy mic in the iPhone doesn’t do them justice, though; they’re loud.

I ended up using an el cheapo universal 5-pin auto relay to keep the current running through the 54-year-old switch miniscule, and the power to the horns nearly identical to what’s available at the battery. (Same with the headlight circuit, of course.)

Really makes a difference whizzing down the two-lane blacktop. You can see a car’s nose dive down when they’ve begun to pull out in front of me before I blast ‘em with the new horns!
