As my title states, I’m relatively new to riding. I took the MSF course here in Michigan last July (2017), bought a small bike to start, and finally put it away in early December. Needless to say I’m hooked and this feels like the longest winter I’ve experienced in quite some time. Living in metro Detroit I definitely appreciate for motor vehicles, but never grew up wrenching on my own stuff.

I’ve wanted my riding endorsement for awhile and have been drawn to Triumph since day one.

I’m here to make connections and learn from everyone here. I look forward to the ride.

Welcome to TT from Southeast Texas. Like you, once the bug bit, bikes were in my blood. As you can tell by my header or whatever it's called, I've been riding a couple days and I'm here to tell you that the excitement and thrill is still there and I'm always looking forward to my next ride.

There are members here that can probably answer just about any question you may have. I too can answer any question you have. . . the answer may not be correct but I can answer them. As the saying goes. . . I can always be a bad example. :y2:

Hello and welcome to TT BBEER
It was very smart of you to take the MSF course TUP TUP
Living in eastern Canada I feel your pain about the long winter. The forecast for February is for very cold weather due to an Arctic vortex so hang in there.

Welcome from the Winter Wonderland(NOT) of another Eastern Canadian.
I too feel your pain as we wait for old man winter to let go of his icy grip.
What kind of Triumph are you considering?
The Bonnies make great all around city and touring bikes. Nimble handling, easy to maintain, etc.
Let us know what you decide.

Thanks for the warm welcome everybody. I’m looking forward to diving into the threads and getting to know the members here.

Give me a shout if you live anywhere near metro Detroit.

Cheers.
