Why is it possible to change the picture in your avatar from my pitures but we can't put those same pics in a post ?

I am talking about from my Pictures foldert in windows?I don't want to create an album somewhere else
The image has to be on the net to link it to a post

You can load an avatar directly. It is a very small file. By having avatars loaded into the forum, it makes load the threads go much more quickly.

Because of limited server space, we can upload avatars to the forum server because they are small files as opposed to large photos. Large phots would quickly devour our server space. Our album photos are on another server (I think).
