Out Drought Situation In SA

I have mentioned before about the huge water situation we having and how our region has been hard hit by drought over the last few years. We normally get most of our rain over the winter period and that has now pasted. I picked this up in our local paper today and it is heart breaking to see what the situation is in our surrounding areas.

It is very nice to see organizations like these coming to the rescue when they can.

Well we had a bit of rain today just enough to water the plants.

It's been a dry summer for us, but not serious enough to warrant restrictions on use. We're surrounded by many fresh water lakes so there is rarely a shortage.
Let's hope you get some rain soon
