I'll start the ball rolling,
I dont fancy bags on my bike, but I always figured a tool roll would be handy, so the boys grabbed me one.
cool huh.

Only trouble is, I spent a hundred bucks filling it with the tools I figured would be handy to have. :ya2:

Very cool also have one but have it mounted in front on the motor. Oh well I got some very nice shirts and jeans this year

Hmmmm, never even thought about putting it there Dave.
Would certainly help to keep the center of gravity down plus it would resolve any issues of creating a shadow in the light path.
Thanks for the idea.

My wife and I just got home after spending Christmas with my two kids at their homes.
Santa was generous as always. Nothing related to motorcycles in my stocking but I did get the Long Way Down book along with some DVD movies, other books, hand tools for my basement workshop and other odds and sods.
I'm quite proud of myself that I lost 15 pounds since my crash in July. I tried to watch my eating over Christmas and don't think I did too much damage :ya2:

:y24: :y24: :y24: That was good :y18:

devo...i too have mine on the downtubes below the motor. look at the pic of my speedy in my signature to see it. However, i must tell you when i bought my bag i tried a few at the store i bought it at and had to go thru several before i found one that would work. So your's may not fit down there, or maybe need to be modified to work. in any case it's a good place because it's not only less conspicuous, but on the forks the bag will in very little time rub marks into the stainless steel fork shrouds. Ask me how i know !

well done. :y115:
that'll be a wee improvement on the old 26 inch crt and vhs machine I guess. :ya2:
:y18:

Got motorbike gloves, glasses to match the color of me bike, a triumph history book, C.d's.....oh, and a hint from my wife that I got my crap all over the place. Its one of them organizers that keeps ya cell phone, watch and stuff all together with one electric lead coming out back. It's actually pretty nice but I got the hint....hahahaha

Have a gooden

Ride Safe

I received a stainless steel bar set (mixers, shakers, booze, etc.), gift cards, an MP4 player, warm clothes (never have enough of those this time of year), and a big fat raise at work (the gift that keeps on giving).
The best gift was the pictures I got of the grandkids, and the picture I took of my kids in front of the Christmas tree. They last forever!

Happy New Year Everyone!

:y44: :y44: :y44: Good one.

Devo, the tool roll looks really good. :y115:

Christmas was slim in our house this year due to unemployment. I got a couple of good books and DVD's. I'm not complaining. We have the things that count, family, friends, health, a roof over our heads and food to eat.

No joke, I watch less TV now with the new TV than I did with the old one. I got it for Sally, really, her eyes are over 40 and it helps.

My supposed Santa (my wife) is very generous with my money with everyone but me; she got me a coat which didn't fit and looked awful. She returned it and kept the money. My wife's daughter gave me some halapeno pepper cheese (everyone in the family knows I do not eat anything even remotely hot), and which my wife is enjoying. My parents-in-law gave me a cardigan sweater that was in perfect 1950s style and too small; my wife returned that and kept that money too. My son got married on the 20th and then went on honeymoon and has not as yet returned; he usually gives me some weird books, so that's what I expect when he returns.

I bought myself a high end GoreTex rainsuit for Xmas for fishing and riding. Never trust Santa!
