Oil Pressure Light.

Does the oil pressure light on the tank stay on with the ignition on but the engine not yet started? My son insists that it is behaving differently but I think it is normal behaviour.

It’s working fine, only goes off once you start the engine and there is oil pressure.

If that light starts to change colors, an eye exam might be in order . . .
