9 times world champion Valentino Rossi is known as "the doctor" and races under # 46
That Australian race plate # 46 has "the locum" in the same script as Rossi uses.

Different countries etc, if I make a doctors appointment and my man is away the reception will just say Dr French is away, will you see the locum or come back next week? it's all understood.
Anyway the first photo is funny in Australia.
