I have had several Triumphs over the year and recently traded my 2019 Scrambler 1200XE in on the 2023 Tiger 900 GTPro. I have had great luck with all of my Triumph with the exception of a 2002 Bonneville America until now. This 900 has spent more days in the shop then I have ridden it. Since I am in upstate NY that is not a lot of days to ride but still very frustrating. I am hoping they figure it out soon so I can start enjoying this beautiful weather we have been having.

I had a couple issues with my Speed Twin straight out of the showroon so I totally get it. Frustrating. You don't expect this from "premium bikes." That coupled with the fact that there is no honest, competant Triumph service dept within 3 hours of me really compounds the problem.

I hope at least you're not dealing with that problem in addition to your motor/systems issues.

Glad to have you on here just the same. Some good peole in here.

Actually I am. My closest dealer is 1.5hr away. Talked to them today and they have an appointment Tuesday to have Triumph corporate connect to the bike and try to figure out the issue.

@jcmathis44, I will say this much to their credit, when my first issue arose the nearest Trumph dealer/service dept(50 mi away) trailered my bike down to them. They sent a legit vehicle transport guy up with a proper bike trailer and either Triumph themselves or that dealership ate whatever that guy charged. They even said they'd drop it back off but I saved them the time and effort and had the Mrs drive me down. Honestly I didn't care one bit about doing them any kind of solid, I just wanted back on that bike at the very first chance, and I figured it would be 50 nice, relaxing backroad break-in miles to bring her home. I just had the regular 2-year warranty too, nothing special. IIRC they contacted Triumph and sorted out all the costs. They did take care of the problem(faulty rear signal) but down the road they screwed me on my 500 mile servicing.

So you'll probaly be pissing up a tree, but you may want to see if they maybe offer that same service. Never hurts to ask. You're a loyal, lifetime Triumph owner.

A couple times while under warranty when service depts have pissed me off I've contacted Triumph directly and both times they put a fire on their @$ses. A lot of the dealerships may suck but from what I've seen Triumph corporate doesn't play around.
