New Speedmaster; My daughter's - from the old forum

My oldest daughter, after several years of riding her Honda Rebel, decided to upgrade to something she can use on the highway and interstates. Having been raised around Triumphs, she naturally went looking at Triumphs. She liked my T100 and was looking at them; but she likes the cruiser style and the Speedy fit her better than the America. She likes the riding position much better.

She is now the proud owner of a 2006 Triumph Speedmaster. Her hubby has one of those crotch rocket things. He can no doubt outrun her; but she will be more comfortable.

She has the following mods:

Custom Handmade Leather Saddlebags from Leather Accessories Connexion
Handlebar Mounted Clock & Thermometer
Short Chrome Exhaust Pipes (Part Number A9608027)
Summer Screen (Part Number A9748031)
Triumph Chrome Seat Rack (Part Number A9738029)
Solo Seat

And she has the original Gunslinger seat that came with the bike.

Funny when you mentioned your daughter had one in the other post I was going to ask if you had any photos of it to post. She looks good on it Carl it really suites her. Now all you need to do is get her on over here

Your daughter looks like a natural on the Speedy. It certainly seems to fit her well and that's the most important thing. If it feels right to her it probably is. She's the best one to judge that.
My guess is that she's not out to set any speed or handling records and just wants a good solid reliable ride. She will do very well on it and made a good choice I think.
