Hi everyone, new guy George aka Pogo. Started riding in '64 at 16. Twinjet 100 to CB160 to Duc 250in 1st year. Ricocheted into 50's HD Panheads for 4 years...go figure. Passed on British bikes, moved into Bmw's for touring around the US, then discovered and enjoyed the mechanical freedom of the Honda CX500's and GL650's.... retired 5 of 'em at about 100k each w/basic maintenance only. Enough! Have a TU250X, LXV150, GB500, W650, T100 Ekins, and a 28'' inseam at 140lbs, and 78 yrs. Considering Speed400

Welcome from sunny North Texas. You may want to sit on a Bobber as the seat height would work with your inseam. Mine has forward controls but that was an add-on, it comes from the factory with mids. For two up you can get the same seat to ground distance with a newer Speedmaster (same basic frame as the Bobber). Enjoy the forum.
