Good for you TUP
Many times I've considered getting a whole new PC system.
What I have now started out as a pile of junk given to me for free 10+ years ago and has been upgraded several times by a professional.
I'm still using XP, but it does what I want so until the time comes when XP is obsolete (many would say it is already:y2:) I'll just plod along.

The six cell battery will definitely be an improvement with battery life. Looks like you got a pretty good computer. I have had no problems with my Acer Apire netbook in four years.

It all means that you got a nice laptop for the price you paid for it and it should handle most applications without any issues
