Just picked up a 2014 Triumph Thunderbird LT. I'm in the West Houston area, so hit me up if you want to ride when the temps drop below 100.

You’re also close to a Triumph dealer in Katy! Good place for parts, also I hear they used to organize rides.
They still organize rides. New owners took over from Rick & his son 2-3 years ago. Good people from California moving to a new location off I-10. The new service people seemed a little off though. It was a failed Yamaha dealership 13 years ago. Bad move in my opinion.

I haven’t worked my way up to long rides yet, but as soon as I do I wouldn’t mind participating in some group rides either with a few Houston area forum people or one like the dealership. If it’s the same place they’ve changed their name a few times. I think the latest name is Iron Supply Powersports or something like it. I have no idea about their service though, been doing my own maintenance and upgrades. I mostly use them to pickup parts that I need quickly and want to avoid getting through mail. Although most parts for custom stuff have been from the mail route. There was a place in south Houston a bit closer to me that was good for parts, but something happened and they lost their parts manager and then a few more of their parts people quit. So I don’t know if they are still a good place for parts or service anymore. Is this your first motorcycle and how much experience do you have?

Welcome to TT from Eastern Canada. That looks like a 'Launch Pack' model. Lots of extras for a slight price increase. Mine was like that but I had the faster blue and white one. :Bad2:
Great ride.
