It’s wonderful that you have all that riding north of you , even it it only lasts a month or so . The furthest north ride to destination I can find in eastern North America is Cartwright NFLD / Labrador and it’s 53 N , Manchester UK is 53 N .

You are right up there with Prudhoe Bay in Alaska.This gives some idea, how north we are (picture above) .
To get there you will need to cross the Mageroysundet. I think nowadays there is a costly tunnel (not a ferry connection).
I think a member on here did that Nordkapp ride a few years ago. I will check around, see if I can find it.
A cold day yesterday so did a little work around place .Things warmed up a bit later in the day , my place is partially surrounded by water so this time of year it can be cool especially if there is a breeze . Headed east around 5pm and as I got further from the water things warmed up to 17C , a good thing since I didn’t wear my E jacket or long johns . I took a dirt road and found this barn with former woodland across the road that was being trans formed to farm use . Theres a lot this going on since Fiona wrecked havoc in the fall of 2022 . With the trees all fallen it was makes sense to do this but the loss of wild life habitat is substantial. We have a few coyotes in rural subdivisions already, apparently.
The fields are all in various states , plowed, disced, harrowed or planted and cereal crops are green as can be .
Down the road I came to a barricaded bridge over a stream which was crossable , looked like a good fishing spot .
