Well, it's two wheels anyway.

New Bike.jpg

I have not owned a bicycle in years. My bride has a mountain bike that she rides almost daily. I decided on a good, entry level mountain bike that was suitable for city streets also. Since the roads at the ranch are not paved, I can use it there as well. I don't run any more and my 2 mile walks are time consuming; so I thought I would have more fun exercising on a bike. Yes, I know, we bikers tend to think of bicyclists as a pain and now I am one of them. :y2:

I added the luggage rack and two LED hedlights. I guess I will see how well I like off road bicycling. I know I like off road motorcycling.

I wonder if I can still even ride one BGRIN

So the question now is what mods are you going to do on it. Maybe a gel seat, saddle bags or tune it up a bit maybe you could squeeze a few more peddle power out of it

Very possibly a gel seat. I already added the lights and luggage rack. And they do have saddle bags. :y2: I need concentrate on tuning up the 68 year old engine. It needs a lot of work!

Wait.....i know i haven't been around much lately, but did i miss something ?!!!?:y13:

Dale, Adrian (keystiger) got married and I got married both on the same day - but not to each other. BGRIN.

You might have missed Carl's message that he got married a couple of weeks ago.

Carl, if you add a TOR muffler and a larger main jet you'll make that baby fly :y2:

LOL I will have to try that!

I saw a bicycle engine at a local Motorcycle shop a few weeks ago that would mount right up to that new ride. You could ride your new bike until you were tired, about a hundred yards for me and then use the engine to get you back home. :y79: BGRIN

Where can I get one? After my six mile ride yeaterday, I would have traded my truck for one of those engines! :y2:

Are you gonna run dino or synthetic in that classic engine of that two-wheeled contraption?

Well, the age of the engine calls for dino; but with all the need new parts, it will have to have synthetic.
