More Bad New !

Well as some of you might know I'm in a bit of a bad place at the minute with work and my accomadation and it seems it's not going to stop there ! Unfortunately I am forced once again ( as with my tiger ) to have to sell my super 3 so I have some capital in the bank in case the worst happens .
There is a tiny plus to this I have been offered a very tidy 2004 Honda blackbird limited edition and £1500 for my super 3 which would give me some money in the bank and I'd still have a bike (even if I was Honda boy like rocky ) to ride at least ,what do you think ?

You have to do what you have to do. Do you have more time and can you hang on to your Super3 for a while longer? Only you know your situation; you gotta take care of yourself and your family. I guess what I am trying to say, is there an urgent need to sell the 3?

Well those Blackbirds are really nice bikes, you get a bike and a bit of cash for the bank as well. Look at it this way it is just another change of bikes and later down the line you can start looking at another bike if you don't like the Honda.

Oh and some very nice people own Honda I believe

I agree, do what you have to do. Bikes come and go and there will always be other bikes.

I'm starting to marm up to the idea ! If I had the money I would never sell my super 3 as I know at some point in the future it's going to be worth a fortune , but that dosnt help me now !
Plus I'm not greedy the £1500 is twice what I payed for it and the blackbird is the lovely mat black and silver limited edition ..it does have a few miles under its belt but from what I've read it's one of the most bullet proof motors Honda ever made .
Also it's only had two owners from new and the first five years of its life it was a metropolitan police bike so well maintained .

That Blackbird has a great motor and a friend of mine had one and it just kept going and going.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Sounds like a really good deal to me. Years ago I had the opportunity of riding a Blackbird and I can say it is a really nice bike. Like your Super 3 a Blackbird in good condition will only see its value increase over the years. If you must sell then this definitely looks like a way to make the most out of a bad situation. Well I've done some thing completely diffrant and put it on eBay and up to now she's doing £2500 with 20 hrs left .
So I have decided I will let it go and put some money in the bank and buy a Chaeper triumph , I have my eye on another 900 trident in mint condition .
