Brighter light beam is the HID Projector headlight 55w with the 2 x 63mm dia led 3100 lumen spot lights on high beam.

The other pic is low beam just the HID Projector headlight
Hey, Greg -

Those lights look fantastic! Did you buy them locally or order them online? I'd love to get some spot lights like yours.

Also, may I ask why did you replace the battery? Was it just time for a replacement, or does your new one offer more power (maybe for the lights?!) ?

You've sure put in some work on your bike! It's looking great!

Hi Sarah the spot lights are on eBay from a store diy24x7 and are the 3100 lumen versions which I am extremely pleased with the performance.

The battery is a Lithium and also sourced on eBay and performs well, much lighter, about 2/3 the size and can be mounted anyway as it is a sealed battery.

Thanks, Greg! I've heard that some states regulate the size/type of lights you can have on your bike, but I really don't have the specs for my home state (VA). And I'm willing to take my chances. I'd rather look like a supernova than have that itty bitty dim Bonnie light.

Thanks for the info!

Ahhh, my mistake, Greg -- I just realized you're Down Under. I suspect the diy24x7 seller is Australian as well -- I'm having trouble finding the eBay storefront.

I'll keep looking. Thanks !

Done some mods on that one haven't you. Can't be too many around with a chrome tank.

Ha ta yes I like modifying and making my bike mine and really enjoy the challenge to make it perform and handle.

The rank being Alloy is a lot lighter and you can really feel the difference riding the bike. I am also wanting to install an alloy swing arm if I can find one or someone to. Are one for me.

Another mod coming up later is to remove the oil cooler and use the front tubes as the oil cooler which will really clean up the look of the bike and improve the engine cooling as it will have a larger surface area and increase oil capacity by around 1 to 1 1/2 litres.
