Every September the local vintage car clubs hold a show to raise money for a children's charity and our vintage bike club is invited to attend.
This is an overview of the bikes on display, and yes, that's a Vincent Black Shadow in the foreground.

And this is the Vincent which was the "Best Bike" trophy winner. No surprise there.

Some of our guys are also into bicycles, motorized bicycles and home builts. One fellow loves to ride his penny farthing around the show.

This is a folding paratrooper bicycle from WWII.

Again you've posted a great collection of lick your lips photos Rocky.
I personally don't like the seats on the Series D Vincents but I'd still have one if offered. :y15:

Hear! hear! That is my favorite Vette.

Great photos, Rocky. I am drooling over that Black Shadow.
That's my favorite vette model too, which is why I included it. I've never been a big fan of sports cars or vette's, but I always liked this model.
The Shadow certainly is a great machine and has a wonderful sound.
The owner has three of them. He makes me sick :y2: :y15:

Great job Rocky, thanks for sharing with us. . . TUP

I did a double take :y37: on this one. . . The exhaust cans on the Honda at first appeared to be mounted on the seat post for the bike.
Yes, that is funny isn't it. I didn't notice it until you mentioned it.
The paratrooper bike was made by BSA for the war effort and BSA is cast right into the front sprocket.
Our club president is a mechanical genius and started the bicycle/motor fad here a couple of years ago. He built the first one and others soon got on board.
This annual show of antique vehicles is always fun and all the proceeds go to a children's charity - which is usually between $2,00.00 and $3,00.00.
A local grocery chain store allows us to use a section of their huge parking lot for the show and contributes door prizes to help draw people in to the store and the show. Everybody wins.
