Memories Are Made Of This

When I checked in on TT this morning a series of photos posted themselves along the top of the page. This happens every time so there was nothing new about that except that some of the pictures from my tour in the Canadian Rocky Mountains were there.
That brought back a flood of wonderful memories - and I can't believe that it was five years ago! Where does time go It only seems like yesterday.

For the benefit a newer members I'll post a few of the pictures.

Wow five years already I can remember you posting about this when you got back

Today I road past the boarding house that I first stayed in when I came to this city to start work. As I looked at the building I also could not believe how fast time has gone past and I could remember the great times we had when we stayed there, it also made me think that in about 3 to 5 years I will have retired or forced into it by the company.

It's shocking how quickly the years pass.
The days come and go and the first thing you know, it's been a year of your life.
Time seems to have sped up since I retired now that my time is all mine and I'm enjoying doing whatever and whenever I want.

Life is like a roll of toilet paper, goes faster and faster toward the end.
