Told them $14,750 out the door for the 2025 T120 black and $15,500 for my Rocket. They said ok on the T120 price but no on the R3 trade in. What the heck, they will ask $18,500 for it.
I told them when the T120 is still sitting there next month give me a call.

Are all dealers the same ?
When I tried to trade in the 2011 Tiger it was : send my a photo of the registration , the odometer reading , and on and on and on . Then they told me what a great bike it was and how easy it would be for me to sell , never any intention of taking it on trade . I put it on Kijiji and it was gone in a few days to a guy in my neighborhood that I didn’t know . He turned out to be a veteran biker who’d raced everything from boats to planes .

You are paying way too much for Triumph motorcycles..
Here goes …
If you check the price of the the new tiger 800 on the T US site you’ll find it’s 12495 $usd . On the Canadian T site the price on the same bike is 14495 $cdn , yes , 2 grand more in Canada . NO , it’s 2 grand cheaper in Canada , about 2300 $usd would be close .
DA .. how you say ? Figure in the value of the Canadian dollar at 70 cents and I pay just 10,146.50 $US . If I want to go stateside and buy the same 800 I must get about 17,869 $ CDN exchanged to get back 12,495 $US , current exchange rate is 1.43 .
Canada’s tariff duty on motorcycles from the UK is 13 % .
How much do you suppose the US duty on Triumph motorcycles is ?
