It was closed. I think that it's just a display type of thing. It got my attention as I was cruising down the road and I had to turn around.
Wow that is a cool photo I would return there when it's open who know what great stuff they may have on the inside

I remember that a uncle of mine had a station like this one back in the late 1950's. It was in southern Ohio.Great shot
I love stuff like that. It takes me back to when I was a kid and there were real gas stations like that.
I love that kinda stuff. I always look for old buildings when i'm out in the deserts, especially old abandoned places like old hotels in the middle of nowhere that you can tell haven't been occupied for many decades. Kinda like looking into the past. In my city it seems all the old buildings and businesses that were there when i was a little kid are all gone. So places like that make you feel like you get to revisit a better time long ago without having to resort to foggy memories. Unfortunately i never remember to take a camera with me.
